Almost two months ago, I asked my followers which embarrassing situation they would rather be in if they met EXO…
Out out 486 unique voters, a whopping 200 would rather trip in front of Lay if they had to! I can come up with several explanations for this: 1) perhaps Lay would help them get up if they fell (OMG physical contact OMG) 2) Lay’s so gentle and nice that he would not make fun of them for tripping 3) They can use this situation to make a joke “Hey Lay, you got me trippin’ over you ;D” 4) The other choices were simply way too embarrassing. The second most popular choice, chosen by 88 voters, was to perform light dance in front of Baekhyun. (If you have no idea what this is, just google Baekhyun light dance… LOL) I can understand this choice too. Baekhyun is one of the most vital member of the EXO derp squad, the most proper way to greet this adorable derper is none other than out-derping him! Maybe he’ll be so impressed with your version of the light dance that he’ll join you! What a way to make an impression~
The third most popular choice, chosen by 52 voters, was to have Kai mistaken you for a boy. This is definitely a viable option since the airing of the popular drama “To The Beautiful You,” Sulli’s portrayal of the cute cross-dressing fangirl who captured countless hearts has galvanized a storm of real-life fangirls dreaming up possibilities. Who wouldn’t want to use the restroom and stand next to Kai by the urinal? (I kid, I kid… X-D)

Basically she begged around for tickets all day and finally got one for 500yuan, sweet talked some staff members, sneaked behind security guards, and snatched that awesome seat directly in front of EXO that belonged to another artists who left just in time)
When I got to my seat, I saw that underneath Lu Han’s seat, there’s still a bottle of yogurt drink. I pointed to the yogurt drink and laughed with my friend, she indicated that the seat I’m pointing at was where Lu Han sat! I also saw his backpack, I was wondering why his backpack was so casually thrown on the ground, with the zippers open and all…

The moment when the 12 boys started walking over to their seats was magnificent. When Lu Han passed the seat behind me, I whispered out loud “Lu Han!” He didn’t hear me… but Se Hun grabbed Lu Han ge and sat down right there (Se Hun you are my savior, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart), thus Lu Han sat on the left of the chair right behind me… just like that. Lu Han was super easy-going, basically if you clarify your identify he will look at you with glistening eyes (I can’t find another word to describe this, but he was really glistening, I have yet to see another person with eyes prettier than Lu Han’s). When I wanted to talk to him more, the SM manager came. Suddenly the air got frozen, all the boys became quiet, nobody was chatting anymore. That atmosphere back the was so serious, I can only say that SM’s management were very strict. Just from this event, I can understand how the boys are afraid of their managers. When the manager came as I was looking at Lu Han, I had to turn back suddenly. My hairband broke apart in the rapid-turning process, so I had to brush my hair and made braids in front of the boys… so embarrassing…
I studied Lu Han, he was too perfect. Especially his eye makeup, so fitting~ His hands were beautiful, long and slender, without much bony protrusions. He wore a golden bracelet that day too, it looked good. Also, he’s face was small, and his bone structures were prominent, like a Euroasian mix. He looked good from all 360 degree angles! He’s even prettier than how he appears on TV. His eyes were especially beautiful… and he was very skinny. He really does like to talk into people’s ears. I bet it’s because he talked so fast, others wouldn’t have understood anyways. I also paid attention to his shoes, they were white, with some dirty markings on the top… it’s the same pair that he wore to Entertainment 100%, I wonder if it’s the same pair that got dirty after he threw them during the game… Then I noticed that my friend was also staring at his shoes, so we looked at each other and laughed, who in their right mind studies people’s shoes? Then I noticed that Lu Han’s feet retracted a few inches… kk I’m really sorry Lu Han, I didn’t have any other intentions, I just like you too much…
In my peripheral vision I saw a boy who was slapping his thighs… he turned out to be Kai, he was following the rhythm of the song, but he looked like he was going to stand up and dance… way too cute. I don’t think he looked dark. His skin color was very healthy-appearing. He appeared like how he would in interviews. That day everybody had makeup on, but makeup were simple and refreshing. Kai’s makeup was au natural, his eyes and eyebrows looked very handsome, very masculine. He was pretty tall too, when he walked he was exuberant. When he sat down he moves along with the music.
About Suho… to be honest, leaders in SM company groups all have very hard tasks. My impression of him before was that he was very mature, and could take good care of his members. At that day, he appeared very handsome in person, even though not the type who makes you fall in love immediately at first sight, but type that truly grows on you. He also had a very good body, when he walked he had a handsome posture as well. When he walked he made sure to make way for others, you know immediately that he’s the fatherly type that takes care of others. When others sang on stage he always clapped along.
When Hu Xia was singing on stage. Baekhyun moved along… he was swaying back and forth with Chanyeol. I turned around to look at Lu Han, he was swaying to the song as well, and singing along, the song was “That Year, The Girl We All Chased After.” Then I started singing this song with my friend, we heard somebody in row behind us laughing, I wonder if they were laughing at us…
By the way, I am very sensitive to perfume. When Lu Han and Sehun came across, there was a faint hint of cologne, but I couldn’t distinguish from whom it came from. To me it smelled like a line from Bvlgari, maybe Aqua Marine… I’m not sure, I just think that it smelled very similar. Maybe fangirls can give them cologne as gifts instead in the future. Just a suggestion…
SM’s body guards were so scary. They hired those body guards for that day. SM managers’ eyes were sharp as well, like detectives. If they saw people with cameras or girls who looked like fans, they wouldn’t even let them in the proximity. Some people who used their phones to take pictures were chased away immediately. After the lights have dimmed, I secretly took the Lu Han bar (from Baidu) sign and gestured to Lu Han about signing the pamphlet. I couldn’t hold back so I turned around, just in time to see Xiumin looking at those two laughing with an interesting expression. I really want to know what Lay said…
Xiumin sat right behind me. So it was hard to turn around and look at him. Every time I turned around I felt like he was looking at me. I saw Xiumin after he sat down so I couldn’t gauge how tall he was, I could only observe his face and outfit. He was more handsome than he appeared on TV. Honestly speaking, Xiumin’s face shape is really nice, his chin was sharp, skin flawless, his eye shape very unique with a beautiful curve. He had a lot of composure, and he didn’t really participate in the chit-chatting going on simultaneously on both of his sides. He gave off the vibe of an older brother who knows how to handle big events. Lay was constantly talking to Lu Han across from Xiumin, and Sehun just laughed along. As for Xiumin, he just sat there, my back was to him for most of the time so I was judging his movements based on voice.
My friend used her cellphone to secretly look at Lu Han. He didn’t sit still at all. Sometimes he fixed his hair, sometimes he fixed his collar, sometimes he played with his hands. He was so sensitive to other’s stares, he caught me every single time I turned around… I didn’t get to see any movements… Also, Lu Han was very tall! He was taller than he appeared on TV. Furthermore, since I sat at a lower level than he did, every time I turned around I could see his jaw line… it was too perfect. If he didn’t move and didn’t blink, he could really get mistaken for a doll. I am seriously going crazy right now, I have been an insomniac since! Fangirls when you look at Lu Han in the future be careful because you will die. Now I understand why Japanese fangirls call him little devil… his ability to kill fangirls is too powerful!!! Even though he looked so pretty, Lu Han was still very manly, every single movement was super handsome… except for those moments when he act like an 8-year-old.
Lu Han and Sehun’s skin-tone were both very bright. Sehun’s voice sounded like how it was on TV, like a child’s. Even though he has the presence of a CEO, but his eyes and his smile gave his age away. When he smiled, he looked so cute, immediately breaking the image that the company created for him. His stature was like a CEO’s, so straight. If he were to attend more photoshoots in the future, he didn’t even need to pose, just by sitting there he would look like a model. He wasn’t very sensitive to glances. Everytime I turned around to look at him he didn’t notice. Even when girls in the back called his name he didn’t have a response. Maybe it was because he was shy, even though he was looking at the stage, his mind was blank. Who knows what this boy was thinking about? lol Sehun occasionally chatted with Lu Han. His speech was very slow, one word at a time… he tend to look to the front when he talked. Too bad my Koreans skills were nonexistent, I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Lu Han spoke pretty fast. His Korean was so fluent. He spoke so fast. Sometimes when he was talking to Lay he spoke in Korean as well, maybe it was because he couldn’t switch back to Chinese fast enough, or maybe it was because he was speaking to Xiumin?
About Chanyeol, I really couldn’t see him that well because his seat and mine had some distance in between. But this boy was really cheerful. Maybe it was because of his height, everytime he moves it was obvious and noticeable. He talked to many others who were far away from him, he also chatted with everybody around him. Whenever there was a singer on stage, he always clapped or swayed his head. When Kai slapped his thighs to the rhythm, Chanyeol did the same. When he smiled he gave off a sunny vide, it made people feel cheerful and happier on the inside, he was pretty good at creating a cheerful atmosphere. By the way, his voice isn’t that loud at all, but it resonated far, very magical right?
About Lay, I got to let my friend who sat right in front of him talk about this part. She kept on turning around and making the “L” sign to Lay, she even made Xiumin laugh. When Lay sat down he also said hi to me while nodding his head, I was caught off guard and just nodded back. DId he think that I was a staff member? Sorry Lay for tricking you. When Lay was brushing his bangs, I saw his forehead. There were a pimple here and there, was it because he hasn’t rested too well in the past few days? He looked so handsome baring his forehead, I really think he would be perfect for a schoolboy role! His features were delicate and pretty. The most attractive part of him is his gaze, so clear and pure, you know immediately from his gaze that he was a well-mannered, well-taught obedient child. His charisma was one of those that is quiet and graceful. The first impression I got from his outer appearance was that his skin tone was very bright, face was small, and was really handsome. When he talked to others he spoke softly. When my friend made hand gestures at him, he always returned her gesture with a gesture, he was the kind type - very friendly and approachable.
Before I thought Baekhyun was a really cute kid, now in person he was actually quite handsome man. Without the heavy eyeliner, he looked refreshing, an eye-candy for sure. His expressions that day were very limited and he didn’t laugh much. Probably because he felt pressured.
Next is Tao. The impression he gave me was that he was a really innocent and cute boy, an idol who doesn’t appear like an idol. He sat a little far from me so I couldn’t see him as well. He was pretty obedient, just sat there without much movement. That day he looked really tall, also his shoulders looked wide. If he ever catwalks he will look so good. Compared to Lu Han, Sehun, and Lay, Tao was not the skinniest, his face appears like how they did in photos, I think his body had the best proportions. When he sat through performances he was very quiet, I didn’t see him communicate much with anybody, but I saw him saying hi to some fans on the side, think he said a few words to them too…
Now onto D.O., I even took a D.O. fansite paper fan when I was outside. His most noticeable feature was his big eyes, even in person. They were so round, and his gaze so direct, like a high school student’s… haha his presence feels like that of a student, very scholarly and fresh. His face is more handsome than on TV as well. His eyelashes were extremely long. He entered the seating area with a constant smile on his face, I don’t know what he was smiling about, but he seemed really happy. When he sat in his chair he was obedient, I couldn’t hear him say anything, probably because all the voices over there got masked by Kai’s thigh-slapping sound and Chanyeol’s laughter.
About Chen. My friend even wished him happy birthday, he smiled and thanked her. I didn’t hear him speak Chinese, but I heard him laugh quite frequently. Every time I turned around I could see him laughing. At the event many fans shouted “Happy Birthday” to him, so it was obvious that Chen was in a good mood. Chen in person is even more handsome than he appeared on TV. When he smiled it was heart-warming. He could understand basic Chinese. In front of my row there’s a pretty staff member who kept on turning around and using her iPad to display “Chen, Happy Birthday. Chu~ Heart~” I saw Chen putting his hands together and thanked her and nodded his head. He gave off a refreshing, bright and sunny vibe.
At the end of the ceremony, Lu Han was throwing paper airplanes. Some fangirl even tripped and fell while she was running to catch it. I wonder if she was hurt. The scene at that time was slightly out of control, everybody was trying to run on stage. Lu Han and Lay also tried to grab the golden confetti. Lu Han’s 8-year-old image was exposed right then. He started hopping upwards to grab confetti, bounciness comparable to Kobe Bryant! Lay also checked Lu Han’s hands to see if he got any confetti. Then SM staff got on stage and shoved all these EXO kids to backstage… After looking at every single EXO member carefully, every one of them were so handsome! I am truly satisfied for making this meaningful event~
